Kinda sad, this install will never finish
I had to trade it because i got a new job that is further away from home and i was spending 200$ a week on gas, so i went on the lookout for a more economical car.
Well, i bought a Peugeot 207 1.6l diesel instead, it only has 3.000 km on it so it should be good for 5-6 years of service to me (I'll be driving 40-50.000 km/year)
It'll cut my fuel budget into 100$ a week
It almost has the same speaker locations as my 406 and a din HU so i can get going on an install, i don't know if I'm weird but that actually means something to me when i buy a car, it has to have a decent install possibility.
Some pictures below
There is plenty of room in the tire well, so I'm back to square two on system design (Alpine HU is going in as soon as i get my adapter)
The wheel is the one I'm planning on putting on in 7x17" with 205/45 tires (my ex-wife bought a new car with 17" on it and i can't have smaller wheels than her

)
