Car audio mag installs PG

Post by smgreen20 »

After going through all the car audio mags from past years I found a few installs that stood out w/PG gear.

I found more, just not enough time to scan them. Go to the *sticky* Lit and reviews section in the car audio section and you'll see why.

I remember that issue. It was my first :hurr:. Had plenty of cars that ended up in articles about various shows like Spring Breaks and Finals but that was my first 'full feature'. And they screwed it up royally. I don't remember how many calls from the writer with questions on the story and exactly how this was done and that was done. Then when it came out it was like they made up there own story anyway. They got the particulars about install right for the most part but the sequence of events was totally wrong. I guess it wasn't exciting enough and they had to embelish a little. :?

Another interesting fact .. That car won IASCA and USAC finals that year using XS series amps and Zeropoint speakers.

Yes I do and I am currently in the process of scanning all of them(100 issues) and putting them up on our UK audio forum. If you are interested it is Talkaudio.co.uk and in the mags section there is an old skool mags section;I am currently up to issue 9 but we also have a video on there of the first Euro finals in 1993 which features the BMW.

I want some scanned pics of that LANZAR van on the cover. That's the car audio company that got me into car audio. And in '95 none the less.

With girls like that posing, I'd like something too.
