"The Outlaw" install!

amp swap from hifonics is now complete, back with the old school PG's :love: 2x Outlaws with fresh power supply caps fitted :smokin: m100 powering velodyne (calibrated today and up and running), m50's bridged on midbass and m100 powering beryllium mids and tweeters through crossblock bi-amped. no music yet as i havn't started the new A pillars yet..

did you notice the mint ax204a

wish i had room for the eq232 as well, might have to fit the zapco 1/2 din eq's instead up front

it's an Audi A4 avant. the sub is a rare servo controlled velodyne df12sc

cheers guys! this is the 1st install i've done for a while in which i'm really happy with choice of kit and looks too, the outlaws look the buisness in real life

I still need your soldering skills on that little job I mentioned a while back, so hopefully I'll get to see them myself if I ever get the thing removed!

Marko, the install looks great. I might be over at the beginning of July and actually have some time, would be cool to meet you. Maybe take a couple of snaps of the install, too

Marko So why that sub? I tried to read as much as i could about it but it need a big sealed box
why do you keep using it? has anyone else heard them? they are very rare and pricey

there's no other sub like it for pure sq, incredible accuracy!
it plays in a 1.7cf sealed enclosure that is the full size of the wheel well and made up of about 10 layers of mdf so incredibly strong, no flimsy fibreglass enclosure here

And THAT is a truely brilliant install! Super clean.. and I'm tipping that the sound will match the look, no doubt,
