Any idea on the door/kick panels yet?
My MS2K BMW 325TDS-built not finished car broke down-
Today i welded the support frame into the trunk, did the bottom plate and started with the plates where the distros and other ACC. sit and do their job.

is there 6 cu ft of air under the floor? I can't picture the small-fridge-sized enclosure that those beasts will need. Using the false floor and the space behind the amps? That does look cool as shit though man!
can ya angle them up just a hair to make them easier to see?

Since this was on hold the last few weeks because of more important stuff and buying more stuff to go into this install i´m able to make some more progress the next few days.
I managed to get another cyclone and the missing distros thanks to fellow members from the UK named marko and bhavp21.
The biggest change will be that i´m going to take the Nickel out of the car and replace it with the doctors wife (a white oldschool MS1000)
The Nickel will come to good use in my living room mounted in my shroud and run my Focal Home Speakers
Still waiting for some parts to come in but thanks to Matt, ttocs, and JK it won´t be long now.

Today i tested all the distros i got together and worked on my enclosure for the clones. Unfortunally my batteries died before i could take pictures of the actual enclosure. But the distros are fun to look at!

Re: My MS2K BMW 325TDS
Since vacation is coming close i bought a set of used doorboards for my BMW and started working on how to fit the TI9´s in the doors. Will made my own rings next week and start the fun fiberglass work after i finish them.

Re: My MS2K BMW 325TDS
wow yours looks like it will be harder then mine. my door panels are plastic and stick out 4-5 inches on the bottom so I am just going to cut the bottom portion out and then build a shallow enclosure of wood/glass infront of the door membrane.
Any idea how big of an enclosure is ideal on these? I was just reading that they should be x-over from 40-150/200 hz.

The recommended enclosure size for the TI9´s is 0,1 to 0,4 cuft. The bigger the lower u can go with the freuquency.
