Sorry for the crappy pics. Our digital camera died so I had to resort to using the cell phone. I'll get some better pics tomorrow in the daylight. Took me 4 hours to get it in and I'm still not 100% done w/it. Ran out of time, but I still need to straighten out some of the lines and sand a round edge to the inner ring of the bezel to give it that factory look.
I'll try and get some pics of the amp too. That might have to wait till the weekend.

OK, after debating whether or not do install the Audison amp now or later, my wife told me to do it NOW! I love my wife!
At first I thought I would have to redo the whole amprack, but after a bit of thinking, I wont. I'll just have to modify it a bit. I'm hoping I can get the camera to work long enough to get some pics.
I'll update it (pics) as soon as I can.
So stay tuned.

I took some pics w/my phone. It'll be a bit before I get them posted here. Maybe later tonight.
I had a small scare in the install. It was playing fine then all of a sudden the fronts quit???? Turned everything off then back on and it has worked fine sense.

I really couldn't get a good pic to turn out. This is the only one I could get. I'm going to keep messing w/our camera to see if I can get it to work. If not, I'll have to wait until after Xmas as my son IS getting one from his Gmaw.
The glare you see in this pics is the reason for the issues I was having.
Got some good pics of the amps innards. >

You know the old saying, "If it doesn't work, smack it around"??? I smacked the side of the camera about 10x and voila, it works. Here are some pics I just took.
A better pic of the HU
Now the amprack
Sorry the seats in the way this time.

when you hit it, and that fixes it, THEN its called a technical tap. The difference mainly being that you can bill for a technical tap...

I must say that after messing w/the gain structure a bit more, all things equal between the 2 amps, the Audison is so much more cleaner then the 450v2. I feel bad for saying that, but it is the truth. I noticed it on a live album from Flogging Molly at the greek. The live sound is so much more present and actually sounds natural.
I can't wait to fully dial in the gains and get the system EQ'd. I think I finally found what I was looking for in an amp. Oh how I missed it.

I understand feeling that way. I ran the Ti 400.2 to my front comps then switched out to the Audison VRX and it was much cleaner. Audison amps are very clean and sound fantastic. If my VRX 2.150 had more power I would have kept it on my frontstage. Now it's sitting in the top drawer of my "amp dresser". I'm actually putting together a nice setup in my other car... I'll be running the Audison to a set of Quart QSD comps and a PPI Art Series 300.2 to a single RSDC 12. Looking forward to the results. I got my bro's cda-7998 repaired locally for $80! I was smiling about that... the repair guy had a parts deck that he swapped out the board with. anyhow... I think I'm going to steal your idea of flushing the amps... I really like the look. since we have the same truck it should work out fine. Your install looks VERY nice!
