Would a RSD 10 inch sub do well in home theatre set up?

My problem is this...I have a new RSD 10 but I also bought a couple of these from a guy also new:

Now the Daytons seem like they should be nice but I only need 2 subs...going to use one in the car and 1 in the home...
I am not having lots of luck getting any offers on the RSD so I may just keep it and sell one of the Daytons....
well....I guess I just solved my problem......
that is unless I cant run the RSD off a 150 rms sub amp...
