I AM NOT TOO MUCH OF A JL AUDIO FAN. I HAD TO REPO THIS CAR FROM A FRIEND OF MINE AND I AM THINKING OF CONVERTING ALL THE AMPS TO PG TI WITH THE POWERCORE 20, DD10, 3 X TI 600.2 AND AN 800.1. MIGHT BE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE THOUGH TO MAKE THE CHANGE. I MIGHT HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO KEEP THE 10W7'S IN THERE WITH A 500.1 ON EACH. OH AND THE STRAIGHT PIMPIN THEAM IS HISTORY. I HAVE ORDERED CARBON FIBER HOOD AND ORDERED FLAT BLACK RIMS. THE REST OF THE CAR WILL BE PAINTED BLACK AS WELL. ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS WOULD BE GREAT.

Nice install bro and have to agree that the "Straight Pimpin" across the hood is a little much for my taste.
If ya decide to go all PG (TI) I do have some TI items stashed in mint condition , possibly for a w10 or 2 , jlmk and welcome to the phorum . Alot of good people on here and you'll learn alot as we all have and still do .

YEAH.... STRAIGHT PIMPIN IS HISTORY. I ORDERED A SWEET CARBON FIBER HOOD FROM CARBON CREATIONS AND SOME VOLK TE37 FLAT BLACK. THE REST OF THE CAR WILL BE PAINTED BLACK TO MATCH THE MAIN COLOR. I ALSO PLAN ON HAVING ALL THE WHITE WORK INSIDE THE CAR DONE IN BLACK AS WELL.

i would leave it as eveything looks like allot of time and make right for the gear installed adding pg will not fit 100%

That's a lot of work just to change out the amps to PG, somebody put a lot of time into that install to make it custom fit. I would however change out everything that said "Straight Pimpin'" because that's straight cheesy.

x4... that gear ain't junk! PG is great and all but there's no reason to mess with such a nice install just to change the branding of it.

Strange... A thread brought back after 2 years to call him a thief. The guy hasn't even been on here in almost 2 years. Try adding a thread in the buyer/seller feedback section.

I was already suspicious when he claimed he had to repo the car from a friend. I don't lend money to friends that I expect to get back, therefore I wouldn't lend a friend enough money to add up to the value of that car.

Speakers4weapons, did this guy steal from you? Explain what happened. That's a very vague statement. People run scams all te time through eBay/PayPal. Warning us with details on the transaction would help a lot.

you would be amazed what can turn up with the right searches. 6-7 yrs ago I had that guy scam me on a set of wheels and after some searching I learned he moved from grand prix's to mustangs because the grand prix world already hated and knew about him.

If the "I had to repo this car from a friend of mine" didn't get your attention then I don't know what will. This is clearly a fucked up person, who would repo anything from a friend? I would of told the company to fuck off and fire me before I go repo'ing anything from a friend of mine.
