2003 lexus IS300 full old school Titanium system!

so my friend finally after 15 years decided to put this system he bought in a car. he purchased all of this gear brand new and it was still brand new when i got it.

2 titanium 12s
1 titanium 1000.2
1 titanium 4 channel

so i am going to do this in 1.25 cubic ft sealed each

i have decided to try something more modern as far as the installation for this trunk set up.
here are some build pics and i was experimenting around with some things i picked up.

i used nutserts for mouting the enclosure to car, i used t nuts and stainless allen heads to mount the subs and wood nuts to thread the beauty panel onto the box.

everything can be removed and reassembled many many times.

working on amps this sunday, will mount them to metal brackets also bolted to car. then i will come up with some kind of layout and window.


still deciding on how to lay out the window for the subs. i may make another one sunday and see which one will look better

update, sorry been eons, i was almost done with trunk when customer took car to get painted, still waiting for him to finish painting the car.

he has done some body mods and other stuff and i havent seen car since it left.

hopefully i will finish trunk

My car has not moved in a year, I know how projects get delayed. Please let us know how it turns out in the end.

Sounds like a bit of a waiting game with the customer's painting process. Hopefully, you'll get your hands back on the car soon and wrap up that trunk project.

hey there, I believe he is almost done. he is doing a wide body flare to fit his 18x12s and custom body kit. he is hopeing soon. so i can actually finish this up.

i will post when I get it back.
