Phoenix Gold Phorum

This is Kurt Scherer 1992 Nissan 240SX amazing install. I'm in the process of adding to motorized drawers much like he has done and would like to have more pics of it, especially close up pics of the motorized drawers. I used to have the magazine where this car was feature (Car stereo review) but my wife through it out during the move to our new house. The magazine is no longer neither is the web site. Plus the new Phoenix Gold web site no longer have an install section where this car was also feature. So if anyone has pics please add them to this thread.

you may want to check the asian IASCA sites IIRC this made it's debut overseas and stayed there.

Also the drawers are pretty straight forward, get the under hung bearing sliders, then use a linear or worm drive actuator. Attach micro switches to the sliders to switch relays on/off for your stops, or use a timer module but these are less accurate but quicker to implement.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking for pics of the finish, i.e. the trims of the panels, etc...

hmm. I've seen pics of this install several times, but never seemed to notice what appears to be a set of ti triangle-led grills. I might have to duplicate some of those.

Those Grills were made by PG. I think Bondo was selling some a while back.
