And this is when things started to go down-the-hill [for my savings].
building a drive-in disco, I was able to play my music LOUD, and even got payed for it, instead of getting an angry neighbour at the door... [what I got payed, was put in new audio and records...]. Saving...I forgot how and why.
[ and boy was I a skinny man....]
those cabinets had to go two floors down [and up again] every time I had been using them on a party.
the console with the turnables, equalizer, and mixer, was handbuild, just like those basscabinets with RCF 15"drivers.
funny thing is, I didn't even have a car, my dad didn't as well, so I had to get transport every time.
maybe this is why I started with car-audio; I NEVER HAD TO ARRANGE TRANSPORT AGAIN.

That's funny, I have some pictures of myself when I was a DJ in Germany as well. We had very similar equipment as well! My friends and I would set up school party's, town festivals, or big birthdays... it was a lot of fun.
