not shure where the best place to mount my tweets is going to be, i think im going to start a thread in car audio for that, i have a pair of rsdc 10s that im going to try out for my sub, i think they should have plenty of bass for me, i built 2 boxes .47 cu. ft. each so i can move them around and see where they sound best and if they will be enoghf before i make a custom fit for the carImage

Welcome to the forum.

You should tidy up your wiring more, especially the parts that run under the carpet. Keep them bundled up somehow! A little bit of extra effort goes a long way for improving the appearance of your install.

thanks, this is the only forum ive ever bothered joining, everyone is polite ...and seem to have an addiction the same as mine. as far as the wiring goes its not done yet, the front half is all tied up and hidden, but im not sure what im doing for subs yet, ive been running nothing but 12s for years but im sick of having no room in the hatch area, hoping the 10s will do it for me, so the hatch area is going to be a work in progress for a little while. i cant stand messy wiring either

got some more done, changed out the factory active door speakers and dropped in my nakamichi 5.25s, i am going to try out the tweets on the removable cover behind the mirrorsImage

i set the crossover at -3 for the tweets to start with, i also soldered up some rca cables to go between the head unit and line driver Image

my line driver location is going to suck for adjustment , but i shouldn't have to mess with it more than once, its going to be held in with zip ties and foam behind the console ...the audio control matrix is huge

Nice work on the RCAs!

You should throw a layer or two of sound deadener over your doors! That should make a huge improvement in your mid's response.
