Right well I've changed my mind so much with my car, firstly went for LOUD, not quite SPL with it being a saloon, but as loud as i could get it.
First up was some Ground Zero speakers i got off ebay, they were installed in the doors!

Powered by: PPI PCX-2200

Glassed myslef some sail panel tweeter housings for the GZ tweeters, no flush mount cups came with them so it sucked

Ran the 0 gauge

My first false floor!

Subbage! DD3512c

Box building - 3.5cuft tuned to 40z - slightly oversized to DD's recommendations

only JUST fits in with a bit of wiggling!

BUT covers one of the amps up (FAIL!) as i didnt take into account that there is some really naughty bits of metal just below the shelf that attaches to the fixed back seats not enabling me to push it back furthur

Made a plexi cover for my ppi amp (i sold one of them to get a dedicated mono)

My new mono amp Voodoo V1600.1

Plexi made for the mono, re-did the false floor so we could see the guts of the lovely amps!!

Bass controller for Mono installed

Carpeted

Sound deadening!!!

Thats where we are up till now, although I have swapped my 3512 to a 9012, much better motor strength, better sq sub and gained me 2.5 DB at a meet just by changing the sub recently.
I am now going for an active 3 way front end (Ti9's, Dynaudio MD100, CDT HD4's) Powered by an M44 (mids and tweets) and m,y PPI PCX2200 (Ti'9's) ALl running form an Alpine 9887-->Audiocontrol 6xs
Still need to buy an eq at some stage, however I have something very special planned for the M44 - if that goes well, i'll need an M100 aswell to match for the Ti9's
Will keep this updated
