Project 5.0

Post by Rold Gold »

Picked this up from my mom..................
Got it for a good price and since I'm nearly 30 I can afford to insure it.
Before too long it'll be getting:
Pioneer AVH-P6800DVD (as of 6/23/09..anniversary pres)
Kustom M100
Kustom M44
M50 (hidden)
2- Ti12 svc / 2- RSdC124
6.5" RSd components + extra 6.5" in kick
EQ215
The amps fit perfectly accross the trunk between the shock towers so they'll be put together surfboard style and encased... 8) The subs are going into the spare tire well to save space.... RSd's are goin into the stock placement but I'll be reworking the tweeter housing from the Mach460 system..........maybe add a second 6.5" mid in the kicks.....

Not a Ford guy but it looks clean. I'll be seeing how you put this system together and what it looks like.

welcome to the momstang club! I got my 94 GT that my mother was the original owner of 4 yrs ago and have been working on it slowly. I have the system almost complete and just dropped it off to have the heads, cam and intake replaced and a tune.

Here is my baby.

Not a Ford guy myself...but cool...can't wait to see what you got in store there for it.

But if you are looking for a nice deck I have my Kenwood 25th Anniversary deck #2 available! :)
just needs a new remote...otherwise I have an older remote that works fine too.

I got his other Kenwood and so far I am loving it! I still need to read up on it and figure out how to fine tune it, but it seems like a damn nice deck. Plus Steve is an alright guy to deal with.

If I had that car, I'd turn down the stereo to hear that engine roar....
Go for it Harold, build an install that overpowers the sound of that engine. 8)

I'm just joshin' you because your install components (amps, speakers, etc.) will closely resemble mine. I'm sure your actual install is going to crap kick mine ;)

mustangs are that hot in norway?

fitting the deck is not all that big of a deal. They made a double din dash for the 96-04 mustangs that is a direct swap for the 2 single din openings. You need to do some minor cutting on the underdash but it is not too bad.

No, not thaaaaat hot. Only alot of taxes.... The government are killing us with taxes. The old BMW 530d (99-mod) that I had earlier, did cost me twice the amount (in Norwegian taxes) of what I did pay for the car in Germany.
