Digital Home Theatre Amplifier Q?

One of the channels in my amplifier at home blew during our last storm. We got a pretty good lightning surge and all of a sudden one of the speakers went pop and shut off. Luckily the speaker still works fine on another channel. Just wondering how hard or expensive this is going to be to fix this? Thanks in advance for the input.

That's REALLY wierd for a voltage surge to cause a problem on only one channel. All I can recommend is to take it to a local repair facility to get a better idea of what happened and get an estimate.

Do you have a surge suppresion unit inline? If so they are typically warranted for "connected product" damages..............

Be prepaired for a diagnostic fee. Usually is $50.00 per unit or product. Just one channel blew.....?
goodluck.
