Called AV123 and they are sending a new driver out for Friday. Now that's what I call customer service. I guess I can play without a sub til then.

Well, I feel like an idiot. Was playing Bad Company 2 on the PS3...single player campaign. I was on a part where the enemy is launching mortar shells....so the subwoofer was really going. I had the gain turned up a little too much, heard a pop noise and now the subwoofer is blown.
