I was recomended to use Carver amps for my in-house loudspeakers.
Isn't Carver a PG product??
If Carver is good, anyone knows what Carver amps I should buy for my speakers? I would prefer 2 x monoblock carver if possible.. (like this?

Carver is well known internationally as you may know. Are they good products...? Absolutey! If you can get them with reasonable shipping cost-it's a must have.

Carver home audio, good stuff! "Back in the Day" a roommate and I pieced our home audio systems together, we had a Carver 250 RMS by 2 home amp BRIDGED to 500 watt RMS (dont remember the model number T500? It had dual power meters on the front) on a, you will love this, Alpine 6015 in an alpine-spec ported enclosure I handbuilt from 3/4 MDF! We had my Alpine 3318 eq running off a battery charger (LOL!) for the crossover. For our mains we had (4) American Acoustic speakers (cant remember the model numbers, I know each speaker had two 10" drivers, one up top and the other on the bottom along w/ multiple tweets facing different directions), one in each corner of our living room, being pushed by my Carver 110 watt by 2 RMS amp (prob more than that w/ 4 speakers)! I cant remember what we were using for a cd player, although we were using my mathching Carver pre-amp to run it all. Believe it or not, we had no noise issues at all, nor any problems with our Carver amps! They are workhorses and sound very good, maybe not Adcom, but close, you cant go wrong. The power and volume was OVERWHELMING! Get this, we would put a fork on our glass table, w/ Billy Thorpes "Children of the Sun" that fork would completely jump perpendicular to the table, over and over with the bass! It was unreal! Wish I had some pics, sigh, the good ol' days...

PG owns the name and all the right under the CARVER name. That means the R&D is under the PG umbrella. CARVER Digital is still in the works for highend recievers and separates. Stay tuned!
