oh hell how to make a bad situation worse. Is the shop owner resposible for that or is there some kind of waiver signed saying if a crackhead steals the car and make a tree a new hood ornament that hey are not responsible? the crack head lived if he killed the car right?

The insurance company came up with the money the car was worth.
The crackhead survived the crash but is looking a lot like the car now. He´s on Obamas health care plan now.
