I need help finding the lights in this video. It look like the old school neon tubes with the lightning effect.

I think I figured it out, here you go.
I think the are manufactured by
http://www.cyi.net/product.cfm?movie...tname=Lighting and the name of the device is "pocket plasma".
There are different colors, here are the part #'s:
Green 6-04020-02068-2
Rainbow 6-04020-02069-2

thanks ............. I cant believe that he put that toy on a 13k$ bike ...........looks cool but I don't think I will be pulling my High beams out for them
