Doc Stinger´s Drag Racing Team @ Meidl Airport 09.05.2010

Finally this sunday we made our trip to hungary and had our first test&tune with "The Stinger" We met with other parties at a parking lot and our convoy moved towards Meidl Airport at 6:00am in the morning.






After arrival we got our paddock together



After that we did the last adjustments to the car.




Before we hit the track we had to wait a little and had lunch.







After lunch we got "Muggi" in his race clothing hocked up "The Stinger" and towed it to the starting zone.





Then we had our first run! Unfortunally the intake broke appart after 60m and we couldn´t do a second run that day. Now we are working to make our weak parts stronger and hopefully we will be race ready again in 4 weeks

damn! thats some sick shit..... i have several friends into that. goodluck with the repair. thats a expensive hobby. ill send some picts this week.

I feel the excitement while watching the video Joerg....
A long time ago I witnessed the first rocket-propelled dragracer in The Netherlands make it's first test run. Never will forget that day!
