This car is slow as fuck, but it gets me around

well if you wanna be technical about it no. rims is just the part that is used to mount the tires onto the axel. Tires is what give the car the ability to role smoothly and for upto several thousand miles without sparks. Wheels is what the rims and tires make as a package!
Without the rim the tire would not be a wheel. Without the tire the rim would not be a wheel. And glad you brought up tool box cause that is what u gonna need to put all these things on your nice ride.....
