Xenons good with 4 volts?

Xenons good with 4 volts?

I think I have read that they need a strong input voltage somewhere, but I cant find it now. I have 4 volts on my Alpine pxa-h701, I am wondering if I should grab a TDL66 and 22 for my amps.

So what are your experiences with these and input voltage

I think a minimum of 8 volts to get max output
