just trying to do too many things at once Itchy... BUT
w/ that said- here are pic's of your amp that came in lil while ago...
Sink is anodized- just like if someone had cut a 2250 sink in half. not sure that is the cae b/c i can not see nder the devoces and ascertain if there are 275 holes or 1/2 of the 2250 holes...BUT that is the finish on this sink...
end plates appear (off the cuff) to be PC'ed. one pink and one black...
one is obviously a 2240 plate and other is not
then blank plexi.
and couple of funny looking heat sinks/transfers on a couple of the transistors in center of board... (?)...
AND it looks as though this has passed through c-mans hands.... he is the one that like to advocate the use of or applying of silicon on the caps to the board - so that is my synopsis / diagnosis...
On surface LOOKS like a clean bill of health- will power up an test'er out whence i get to shop....
NOW itchy remind me what you would like done to this here - franked right?
