Phoenix Gold Tantrum x204 Crossover

Looking for a manual for this, I looked here at the online manuals but it is not listed.

Couple of questions.

Can this run 2 way active?

What are the dip switches for?

From the looks of it, Seems like 2 if the IC's can be changed can you get other IC's to set cut off points for high and low pass?

The AX 204 manual is the same as the TX 204. Cosmetics were the only thing changed.
