Front components
hey guys...since my last post,i have done more research n act got my budget increased a bit....Now,im considering DLS Ultimate UP6i n focal polyglass 165vr....So,wat do u guys think abt these components???I heard the focals in a local shop...they sounded great..the vocals were very clear n the instrumentation was good as well...I nvr heard the dls... tell me ur exp if any...

the only problem is the polyglass is there cheapest line. If you look on ebay you can get great deals on them for the same money

personally, I have a set of the PPI 356cs in my wife's car and they are one of the best sounding components I have ever heard. Not the best mind you, but definitely up there.
They are the ADS component set with a few very slight changes - that ADS set was amazing - there were many championship competition SQ cars running them.
I am running a set of CDT's in my tacoma and while the midbass is awesome (crossed over at 63hz with 125w going to them) they just dont have the clarity or crispness of the PPI set.
just my opinion - but I think they easily compete with $300 - $400 comp sets.
