ZX 500 repair

Post by Txsaxkat »

Well my ZX 500 got hit on the bass boost knob and seemed to have fried the little r18 and r19 resistors 0ne is 475 ohm and the other 885 ohm. It looks like these are the only thing visibly fried but something else could be bad also. I need a pod for sure and the 2 resistors maybe someone has seen this before. I am going to recap it as well any input helps. Where can you get these pods from?

The bass boost pod is an alps brand and has at103b on the top but that dosent seem to help me. I figure its a dual switching for both channels but I cant seem to match it up so far size wise and I dont know how many ohms it is maybe 10k. The gain pod says AT503c on it and alps has these pods listed at 10k and 50k just wondering if these #s relate to the ohm value.
