I've never seen a Frank up close. Do they also have these multi colour metal flakes?

I deassembled the shroud today. I´ve got an apointment in a metal shop tomorrow. Will post some pics for the not so fainthearted tomorrow as well 8)

So Jeorg, I must assume you are also building a custom shroud for that monster? Or should I say father of monsters. Wow! Sweet!

Another step further! The shroud cut into two halfes :twisted:

make sure to post lotso pic's of the creation of the franken shroud!! also is the shroud going to be powder coated frank style...? man I cant wait to see this completed!

The grid on both sides will get gold plated. The shroud´s internals will get powdercoated in a nice black and the outside will most likely get franked 8)

Today a nice little package arrived in austria. I got the sink from Matt! An awesome job again. So i decided to just get the DFAS together tonight. But enough said! Here are the pic´s!

That is lookin great!!! just curious how heavy that MOFO is? keep up the good work, I can"t wait to see this installed in a vehicle.

Loveable amp, for sure.

Do you use original franked endplates, or have Matt PC'd some endplates for you? Just curious...

Total weight is 17,5kg without the shroud. 8)

For now i´m using franked endplates from mhyde71. But i´m tracking down a source that maybe has a few originals aviable. :wink:
