m50 Toshiba 2SC3281 HELP!!

I am hoping I can get some assistance with this. I bought a PG M50 off the bay awhile back.

While I was in the process of inspecing the amp to re-cap it I noticed it had been "repaired".

One of the black Toshiba output devices (2SC3281) has been replaced with a generic one. I can't see that it has a brand printed on it.

Does anyone here have one of these Toshiba output devices that I maybe able to purchase? Also the ones currently available seem to have a O or 0 on the end of them? Trying to figure out which one I need.

whats up, I believe the toshiba (2sc3281) was replaced with the (2sc5200)..

the 3281 was paired with a (2sa1302) being that it is a bi-polar fet and was replaced with the (2sa1943)

you can get these on ebay or digikey catalog..for around $10 for both..
