what is better an EQ 232 or the Deq 30
I have an eq 232 and I am thinking of getting the deq 30 or getting another eq 232 one for the right side and other for left not sure if that will be overkill. Its just that I have seen this done in some installs before and would like to add more eye candy in the trunk.

That would be true if he were talking about the analog TiEQ30, but I'm pretty sure he's referring to PG's only digital eq, the TiDEQ. The one cool thing about the TiDEQ was that it would let you save multiple presets on the eq's adjustments in order to quickly adjust for a few different modes of operation while remaining in the driver's seat. Unfortunately the software and OS necessary to use it have become quite outdated. Today their are digital equalizers on the market that do much more than PG's ever did and also have up to date support available. The PG analog eq's have remained popular because they're easy to use and to be honest pretty effective for their age and simplicity.ttocs wrote:same thing....
