i have one right now in a sealed 1.8ft^3 box but this summer i think im going to buy another one and make it a ported box at 28hz but i cant figure out how many cubes it needs to be..the manual says 3.2cubes for one so would i need 6.4 cubes...cuz i think that would obnoxiously big. im trying to remember the size from memory because the manual is at home so correct me if im wrong

What you suggest is correct if you are running both subs in separated chambers, however with a common chamber and port modifications you can use a smaller box, but you may end up with a huge port to make it sound right and even then the subs may be a bit choked.

i dont mind a huge port...what exactly to u mean when u say they might sound chocked. what would be a good amount of space per sub or alltogether
