Not trying to be a smart ass but if you listen to your music that loud all the time you don't need to worry because soon you will hear nothing at all.

I don't know a lot about how to figure how many amps will be needed and all that stuff but do you really think your system draws 320 amps steady ?

If it dose what would the peak draw be how much is your voltage drop if you use just 1 alternator ?

I don't know but if you have 2 x 200amp alternators will that give 400 amps or is the math involved more complicated?

well you are a few levels past the limits of a single v belt setup i have a old school mercedes diesel that has a dual v belt setup but ive even been past its limits. if i put two or three high current amps on it sometimes it will squell like even with just a 0.3 on my subs and 2125 on my highs it will strane my alt or just with a pg 3.0 on highs and a lanzar opti pushing 1500 rms on subs some squeeling will happen so a single v belt is not gona do it for ya.

I just know that the alternators don't put out all that current its only at certain rpm the alt will idle at a certain draw. As far as playin it loud. I do and its super clean and the whole car is sound proofed. I don't think they really draw that much current but I know that when its turned up and its drawing current. My belts hate it. I will try some different things.... All this help is useful. I will check positioning of alternators and I will try to add another belt. Is it ok or better to run both alternsators and powersteerin belt all off the same pulleys in the pic? Is it possible? What belts should I try to switch to? Should I try one long belt around both alternators and pulley? I think we were able to do that but not sure

I only drive it once in a while. It has low miles. It usually just sits on a low amp charger. Never driven in winter or rain or super hot sunny days

really a sirpintine belt with 9 ribs would probaly be what you need it's usually whats on heavy duty trucks and diesels most cars have them with five to seven ribs but you want as many as you can get.
