I like using duplicolor for most of my project but for interior work on the plastic with black specifically I have had really good luck with krylon fusion. I have a great trick for texturing if you need to do that as well. I did it on my kicks and they have held up nicely....
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

"SEM" makes factory color paints specific to car manufacturer . They are also a vinyl adhesive (or dye) and will not chip like krylon and other paints .

they are correct about the sem paints but I would not necesarrily take them at face value. I took a piece of my interior in to match them and found that in my mustang, the toyota color of blue/grey worked better then the ford listed color. Take a piece of your interior in with you and match it up to the cap. When you get a couple of colors close be sure to take them into natural light to see if they still match. You would be amazed what the lights will do to a color...

I was cheap and bought a set of used q form kicks that are a dark grey and my car is black but the pillar are dark grey so i might leave them. i have to wait for them still and than make the call.

I use Rustoleum textured paint for mine. It's more durable then the others mentioned above.
