Peak LED question, maybe a dumb one

Post by Blad09 »

On the PLD1, is there any way to tap into the peak LED to add another one that could be mounted in sight, maybe beside the LPL? Just thought since most line drivers get mounted in the glove box or out of sight it would be sweet to have that LED showing and it would look sweet beside the BASSCUBE remote too. Just a thought.

Alright, I did some reading about elec. components. I know what I'm looking at now lol. Only other question regards parallel or series wiring?? I think either way I would have to add a resistor along with the 2nd LED... is that correct? Valeks, would u be so kind as to draw me the circuit with a 2nd LED added. Thanks.

that little triangle with the arrows comming out of it on the right, thats the led.... The circuit he has drawn will not place any additional load on the amp. Just adding a 2nd led and a resistor will not work.
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.
