I'm in hopes of finding a new top plate as you can see the one on mine is not in the best condition but she still performs flawless
Not only was this my first pg amp it was part of my first system I remember all those times I tried re wiring my subs for the best sound now I how to get it installed for my mids and tweets

Don't use it and sell it to me for parts. Read on...
First off you'll need to replace the caps on the right front under the plexi window or you'll risk further damaging the amp.
After you find out its more than you want to deal with you can sell it to me for spare parts. : )

I will take it apart again tonight and add more pix cuz I don't see any of that electrolytic fluid the article mentioned and showed plus the person I bought it from had it sit for 7-8 yrs and I've not used it for probably a year and a half it just got beat cosmetically by the previous owner but iwill look again.

You're missing the point bud, regardless if you see fluid or not, just due to age its highly recommended to replace the caps.Bigred41291 wrote:I will take it apart again tonight and add more pix cuz I don't see any of that electrolytic fluid the article mentioned and showed plus the person I bought it from had it sit for 7-8 yrs and I've not used it for probably a year and a half it just got beat cosmetically by the previous owner but iwill look again.
