Finding a new headunit

Post by Bigred41291 »

I read something here a while ago about voltage of rcas for subwoofers on most head units being 2-2.5v while most amplifiers suggest a higher voltage. My point being I am wanting to upgrade from my shitty sony deck to something better I am currently running the ti1500.1 and was wondering if any of you had some suggestions on a head unit that would work beter with my amp

Here is a thread from a few weeks ago when we were talking about head units http://phoenixphorum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=21028

There are some good decks mentioned in there

Thanks for the link and I apreciate the offer but right now I'm more comparing and doing research on some units than being in the market.

I just installed a pioneer avic-z140bh. I'm am very happy with it. I just pulled out my old avic-z1 with 30 gig hard drive, it's for sale. $400.
