Could you post a pic of the component you need help with? Am looking at my MS275 (which are similar/same) and can't find any component labeled "SF".

SF302 and SF302A are rectifiers in the power supply section, not transistors.

On the MS275 they are the TO-247 package and are 16CPF10 & 16JPF10. On mine they are labeled as "D8" & "D9".

The only problem is that mine is a MS275 so its not a "HIGH CURRENT" amp like the MPS. The MPS have rectifiers that handle double the current...so be sure to check the datasheets before ordering. If anything order the same exact components.

I know this does not answer the question, but are you sure the SF302 and SF302A are actually bad? I have not found these to go bad very often. They are very powerful diodes.

Yes, they can and do go bad, they just seem to be one of the last parts to go bad.

Actually it's not bad at first, but when I bought the amp locally, the seller promised me to change the caps to a new one, but do not know what happen, the seller repairman break one pin, so I immediately asked him to send the amp to me before anything else happen
