Have you measured continuity between al the mosfets legs?
These are close to each other so if a tiny piece of wire or solder contacts another leg, you might get problems.

Yes. At the moment the amp is sitting with all heat sinks removed and the MOSFETS are lifted slightly to verify that no wire is under them. I also used a multimeter to verify no continuity between the legs. I have eliminated the MOSFETS from the list of possibilities. I will know more once I test it with the rectifiers removed.
I can say that the power supply FET resistors were not what I expected. If memory serves I put in all 330 ohm resistors. They all match (same color stripes) but when I tested them with my DMM 2 of them were around 100 ohms. I doubt this is causing the issue, but I will order all new resistors when I get new FETs again.
