ZXTi Series Rust Veins
I looked to see if it had been asked before but couldn't find anything. I just purchased another ZX400ti and it has the very common rust veins... Is there anything that can be done to make these amps look any better ? I love the sound of them but hate the rusty look lol. Maybe even if someone knew about re-silk screening or even decals if I was to sand blast and paint the case? Any input would be appreciated! Thanks

Have a few myself with the rust veins...I think it gives them a unique antique look, sort of industrial, lol.
I recently purchase another batch of ZXti amps and had to pay a good penny in order to get some minty ones (no rust veins what so ever).
Doubt there's a remedy but have to be hopeful.

I tried CLR and a rust remover to no avail. I'm getting mine stripped and painted. I'll post pics when they are done.

I went back and forth but I think I'm sticking with the original color. I'm now thinking I might sell them once I'm done, if I can get a decent amount for them.

if you will not mill the writing/logo on it, all the Ti finish is, is brushed metal with a semi-gloss clear on it. Sand it down and clear it again. You can try to get the graphic copied at a sign shop and use it as a decal for paint.
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.
