Good low budget 12's?

I got a buddy looking for a pair of 12's for his ford explorer. He only wants to spend about 150 on a pair of 12's. He has a kicker zx750.1. Just trying to get a grasp of what's out there for the money. He plans on running the subs sealed to keep it clean.

Jl wx subs are cheap and nice
