Post by twisted »

whats a good current digital or analog sound processor to use now days?
im re-doing the install in the wifes Trailblazer SS and i want to add some better processing.
amps will be her PPI black art a404 and a600x2
i still need to decide a good set of comps in the $250 or less each range too.
subs are my RF rfd1212's. and the source unit is a Kenwood eXcelon DDX-5901HD

If I were to do it all over again: I would choose an Alpine H800.

Yes! I'm having issues with mine. Alpines been doing DSP for years. RF hasn't.

sound processor is an awfully broad term. Are you just wanting a nice eq or is this fur a full blown av surround sound made for movies.
what else can I say I am a grumpy asshole most of the time.

It IS broad. Technically, a tone control can be considered "Sound Processing"
