Well if it that rare and only 1 or 2 made. My guess would be Itchy probably has it.

Im sure pg nvr made any "ms" power banks as the only photo is in the flyer.

Ricky, that Frank one was a custom job. There was no retail.
I can build one of these, I have a spare heat sink. Maybe I'll make it a project.

Use ultracaps.... Could potentially hit hundreds of farads.
Other option is to make a rail voltage version.... That'd let you avoid voltage drop on the rails for the first hit/serious transient. I always thought a rail voltage power grid would be a great idea, but you could only make it compatible with one amp model at a time really, since there aren't standardized rail voltages across series. (Ti example: 400.2, 500.4, 600.2, 800.1, all different no load rail voltages if I remember correctly.)
