You file a claim and they will take the EQ. That is the way it works. That little scuff is nothing. You got it in one piece without scratches...UPS SUX> They lost my old Carver gear I bought NIB. And to make things worse they send the claim money to the sender! So I didnt get my Carver gear or my refund......
