how do you tell if the zx amps are alum? If you are buying from online. I could tell in person, but are there certain S/N or something? Thanks for the help

first off if there is NO rust its probably an AL. The Ti finish is just notorious for rust working its way under the clear and its honestly hard to find one that does not have any on it anywhere. Not impossible but now today, just harder.

Once you get use to them you can tell by looks there is a different shine to the AL as its brighter and just a natural aluminum color. If you have a pic post it up

hi, i was around years ago when Phoenix gold was Phoenix gold. I have 3 Reactors , Eric rebuilt 1 from a burned in hole in one of the boards. I have more stuff. Time to let go!!I live in Falls Church Va, used to live in MD when i was active. I believe Eric wants that amp back which is fine if he is still around. And I also saw someone who lived near me that may be interested in some of my stuff. I have some Nacamichi , Kenwood, phoenix speakers , Focal speakers, a broken Cyclone I dont even know what there is but if there is interest I will find out more. I am hopping lots of this will go local dont enjoy shipping. some is in better shape then others.

I took pictures last night of my stuff, 3 Reactors 1 complete w/Flight case, 1 no flight case and 1 no top cover,, 1 zx450, 1 eq32 matches Reatcor, 1 eq215IX, 1sld44, 2 cubes 1 w/full remote , 1 broken Cyclone,2 woofers and 1 tweeter and crossover from a 6.5 elite set, multiple fuse holder and battery terminals, 1 1farad Capacitor, 2-way x-over

Non phoenix gold:1 set of Morel 6.5 woofers, 1 JL w6 10"needs spider attached and surround replaced, 1 set Canton Pullman 25 (these may have been the best speakers I had!)1 set of Focals not sure but i upgraded the woofers (1 old woofer that needs reconing) and the tweeters, not sure what works and what doesn't with the tweeters, original x-overs FAIK 2.
1 Kenwood 745 amp, 1 Nakamchi X-over model 200 i think, 1 MTX x-over

oh man, if the power/speaker terminals did not break during that pic, please do NOT do that again. They are know to crack easily and you can get 3d printed replacements but people really want the originals.
