I might try a different driver with the xover but I dont know what the ohm load is on the mid in the 6.5 Elite set

Do you need the driver or system impedance?

I think the driver is ~4.2 and the system is ~3.6
I think we've established that "Ka Ka" and "Tukki Tukki" don't work.

I need the driver impedance so if I try out some other mids (Image Dynamics) then I will not fry the xover.....maybe...

of course I need to know the frequencies of the xover and the drivers

i was trying to pin point a problem in my System not to long ago and the ti mid was either 3.6 or 3.8....(will it make that much difference?)
my ex-girlfriend said "its car audio or me"
i've had tougher choices at a soda machine...

never add another driver to a passive crossover that's not 6 db per octave. it can screw the frequencies up and possibly cause ringing.
