O.K. First there isnt any good news so I will go straight to the bad.

PG want, prices as follows.

MS end with holes - $31.50
MS end with MS logo - $14.40
MS power blok - $14.40
MS speaker blok - $12.75.

The power blok and speaker blok were used items. Not even new.

Add all that together and you have what I paid for my amp. So, I'm not buying it 'cos I cant afford it. Half that? would have been somewhat reasonable. I do however blame JOMA for all these price ramps.

So fuck it, plan B into action. More news soon.

I paid $34.00 for Tam's power and speaker terminals for a MQ-430 so those prices are about right for PG.....

instead of all that why dont you just make one....the steel is only about a dollar max if they even charged you for it....after that just get to work...shit i could make a set with a drill and a file in about an hour if need be...if you wanted one bad enough u would have made one already....its such and easy task just like adding text on the part.

Honestly it isnt easy. With a dremel and every piece it just took me 4 hours and forty minutes.

Aww thanks man :)

Thankfully I no longer need to buy one or have one cut :)

I bit the bullet and decided to go dremel shopping today. And to my suprise I found out that if you avoid places like Lowes etc and go right to walmart you can get them cheap.

I went to advance autoparts to get a small plastic tool box to put it all in before I went, and he said he had a Black and Decker unit that was half the price of the Dremel and twice as good. Hmm, I was a bit hesitant, but it was $24.. Got it home and it's phenomenal. They really have come a long way since the one I used about 3 years back..

I did have to buy a set of bits ($20 more) but for $45 I made two ends (that are perfect apart from the square switch holes but I have a plan there) and now have a full dremel set up ready for whatever takes my fancy.

Not showing any pics, 'cos Cecil and I have something uber top secret going on, but I guarantee you will NEVER have seen an MPS like this, and never will in the future..
