SQL is a term used in car audio, a
subjective interpretation between SQ
and SPL.
SQ = sound quality
SPL = sound pressure level
SQL = combination of both with a
small sacrifice in SQ and SPL.

its what most people want from there systems, a cobination of a
decent sounding system that gets loud
i usaully think that sql systems are the ones that pls the crowds at
open door sound off comps.
the guy who passes your house and you can hear all the words and the bass is decent low and is really loud.
hmmmmmmmm just shooting out a idea
You may have subs in your car........but my doors sound better!
