Ryval amp ?
Ryval amp ?
Hey everone. I did a search but could not find much info. How are the Ryval amps? I have a set of Boston Acoustics pro60 and need a cost effective way to give them some nice power.
The PG RSD amps offer a marked improvement for not much money, and are pretty much the same as any past top of the line PG amp.
If you want a JL 300.2, a Xenon 100.2 or 200.2 would probably be good as well. The Xenon series was also regulated to operate 1-4 ohms, but it used a different method to regulate this, which allows it to produce much more headroom.

I know you expect a baised opionion of the JL...but it really is not much different then older PG mid-lines like the tantrum 300.2. so for the money it seems like a waste IMO
i would just go with whichever you find a killer deal on first

Yeah the JL amps seem to be the "in" amps I guess, which does not matter to me. I have always had PG since the 90's. My first system I had a ms275 and a ms2125. Then I had a ms2125 and a ms2250, then my last system had a ti500.4 and a ti1000.2. Like you said, I will just keep my eyes open and find the best deal and that will prob be the determining factor.
