Would it be stupid to drill and use more screws after a box has dried.
I think i used too little in one section

no but then if the glue has dried and you have space the screw will probably not help in compressing it to seal use silicone.
but i guess it wouldnt hurt

^^^x2. A screw's role in box building is really only to hold the material in place while the glue dries.

Yea thats what I thought.
I put glue on the inside seams and it looks air tight, i guess im just being anal. What type of silicone should i use? Hardening or non hardening?

Hardening, or you could mix saw dust with wood glue (its a mess but works very well) if you dont want to buy the silicone.

if you used wood glue and plan on sealing, I wouldnt worry about it. The wood itsel would break before the glue joint does. If its a little thin in a small spot, I wouldnt worry too much.

Screws? We don't need no stinking screws!
As long as you used glue, the screws are unnecessary to begin with, so definitely don't add more and mess up the seal of the glue

The silicone won't crack. Doens`t hurt to go over the edges with it, so use and abuse it!
When you have 1200w on a RSdC, yes you will need crews, glue, silicone, BRACES!!!! and some more screwssssss!

That's false. The screws are unnecessary if the box is wood glue and proper clamping is used during construction.
I've had much more powerful setups than a single RSdC on 1200w with boxes built without screws, and have had absolutely zero problems.

^screws are just being used "as clamps" until the glue dries

So the glue itself should be enough, and use the screws as clamps (if you don`t have real clamps) as Bfowler said... Cool! No more need for screws then!!

they still make the process MUCH quicker, since you dont have to worry about the clamps (aka screws) moving, falling off, geeting bump. plus the box is sometimes hard top work around while there are clamps on it.
there is a reason screws are generally still used, we were just saying they arent nessicarrily needed, and dont make up the structural integrity of the box
