Running RSD 300.1 & 300.4

Alright,
I know more power is better but I'm setting up a temporary system in my daily driver and I'm going to run 1 RSD 300.1 (running a RSD 12d) and 1 RSD 300.4 (2 sets of Boston Acoustics).
Has anyone used these 2 amps and if so what do you all think of the power for what I'm wanting to run them to?

I'm looking for good clean sound with an even balance of bass. I generally listen to rock and mainstream music.

the speakers can defenetly take more power but that will deffinetly be enough to make a well belanced nice sounding decently loud system.
my ex-girlfriend said "its car audio or me"
i've had tougher choices at a soda machine...

I agree. No need to run speakers to their full rms.
