I need at least 2 of these N channel transistors. They are no longer made and cant be found. Anybody got a few?

Here is the suggested replacement part. Should be easier to come by, it is a Fairchild Semiconductor part, stocked at mouser.com, probably digikey as well. It is rated for a little more current than the old fet.

Minimum quantity is one for me. $2.64 each. I just placed an order there a few days ago, but will be ordering again soon, I can hook you up if you want. I have no idea why there is a higher quantity for you, maybe because you are outside the us?

Digikey has them in stock too, part number fdpf39n20. Minimum order of one, $1.82 each.
