one of my caps in the LTD octane amp is leaking but its one of the capacitors on the capacitor bank in the middle not one on the amps. is it worth replacing?

Yikes. Rail caps usually last much longer than those smaller input caps. Most of the time those big blue kahunas don't need to be swapped out in M/MS amps even.
However, it looks like that one was faulty or may have seen some physical damage in it's lifetime. If it's leaking, you definitely need to replace it. I'm not sure of any good parts places in the UK to buy the replacement however (you may want to PM marko if he has any ideas, I know he does lots of repairs).
Worst case scenario I think you can just remove it, as they should simply be run in parallel. That would reduce the capacitance of your rails by only a slight amount, but the amp should still work properly.

Definitely been boinked by something sharp to help create this early failure. The remaining caps look solid.
The leak looks even worse on the board end of the cap.
I would remove and replace ASAP and not drive the amp hard until that time.
Far too rare of an amp, (of which you didn't show a whole pic!!) to take any chances of further damage.
